What you’re getting
Dice Toys is provided as is, free of charge, for personal entertainment. There are no accounts, no purchases, no subscriptions. The site may change, get new games, lose old ones, or go offline at any time without notice.
What you can do
Play. Share links. Compete with friends. Embed a game in a personal page if you like - just don’t claim it as your own.
What you can’t do
- Don’t try to break the site for other people: no scraping at scale, no DDoS, no abuse of any backend services hosting the assets.
- Don’t repackage the site or its code as a commercial product. The dice physics, theming, and game modules here are part of Tom’s Toybox; they’re not licensed for resale.
- Don’t bring your own gambling. Dice Toys is for entertainment only - no real money, no wagers.
No warranty, no liability
The site is provided without warranty of any kind. We can’t promise it works on every device, every browser, or every network. To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for any loss arising out of using or not being able to use the site - including the time you lost to “just one more turn” of Pig.
Third-party content
CC0 textures from Poly Haven and audio from Kenney are used under their respective public-domain dedications. External links (Wikipedia, references on the About page, etc.) are governed by those sites’ own terms.
